The purpose of this grant is to bring potable water using a bio-sand filter through A Single Drop project to households in the Jinja District Mukono Town Council, Uganda. The source of the Nile Rotary Club and A Single Drop will provide training and health and hygiene education, bio-sand filters for schools, health centers and family units in the area.

This grant will be the first of many Rotary projects to provide safe water.
